To broaden access to medical, dental, and behavioral health care for the underserved children and adults of the Estes Valley.
WHY WE SUPPORT SALUD FAMILY HEALTH
The Estes Park Salud Foundation supports Salud Family Health because we believe in the clinic’s incredible offerings that provide integrated, affordable health care for low-income families of the Estes Valley.
Salud Family Health focuses on medically underserved individuals with limited access to health care and with the Estes Park Salud Foundation’s support provides:
- Integrated health care, including medical care, dental care, behavioral health, and discount medications.
- Preventative health care to ALL community members, regardless of finances, ability to pay, or insurance coverage.
- Assistance applying for and navigating Medicaid, CHP+, Medicare, and Affordable Care Act discounted insurance plans for those who might be eligible.
- A sliding-fee scale for community members who don’t qualify for any other insurance.

FUNDED PROGRAMS
For Income-Eligible Patients
Through the support of our donors, our foundation provides Salud Family Health Center with funding for the following programs:
- Free dental care for all Salud children
- Free preventative dental hygiene care for expectant mothers
- Financial assistance for Medicare patients needing dental care
- Assistance paying for dentures
- Free continuous glucose monitoring devices for income-eligible diabetic patients
- Free blood pressure cuffs for medically qualified patients
- Free sports physicals for student athletes
- Free semi-annual dental screenings for all Estes Park School District R-3 students
- Reduced clinic rates for the uninsured
- Assistance paying for specialty care and tests, such as colonoscopies
- A community health educator
